The Iowa Utility Association’s executive director is Chaz Allen. Mr. Allen took over as executive director in February 2019. Prior to joining the Iowa Utilities Association, Chaz served as the executive director of the Jasper County Economic Development Corporation, an Iowa State Senator and mayor of the city of Newton, Iowa.
